Summary: Property was solid. Room was solid. The only thing is that the windows aren’t that insulated so you will hear outside if it’s loud. A lot of people traveling stay at this property, so it’s easy to find people to socialize with.

Summary: We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever visiting in the area again. Thanks so much!

Summary: It's more of a brothel than a Hostel. Smell of toilets is overwhelming, beds are not comfortable at all.
I think the management should do better.

Summary: Very vibrant and clean space, and the staff were great. Gino and Angie made me feel so comfortable and at home and helped me with any questions I had. The food was also wonderful.

Summary: Staying at Supertramp was a great experience. The Hostel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I had an early morning trek to Machu Picchu and they made sure to make me a brown bag lunch I could bring with me.
The kitchen staff take time and care to make tasty meals for a really affordable price.
This was a great place to meet people. There is a bar on the top floor where I had a fun time with the staff and guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Summary: Matteo was amazing. I have worked in hospitality for 10+ years and he absolutely went above and beyond to help me out with a couple of issues that were truthfully beyond their control. All of the staff were wonderful and also genuine about their interactions. Tourist town or not, I would go back just because they were all so lovely.

The staff was really friendly, let me print tickets and store bags in a secure locker, and great breakfast
