Positive: On the plus side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The inclusion of a game drive in the price was also a great perk, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the views from the accommodation were simply stunning - the sight of the snow-capped mountains was particularly breathtaking.

Negative: It was our second stay at Sasi, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. One thing that was disappointing was not being allowed to take a private walk down to the dam, which was a lovely feature of our previous stay. Additionally, we had to light our own fires in the fireplace in the evenings, which felt a bit like a chore. What was perhaps most disappointing, however, was the lack of acknowledgement of our 3-year anniversary, which we had mentioned to the staff in advance. No special touches or congratulations were forthcoming, which made the stay feel less special than we had hoped. Overall, while the accommodation itself was lovely, the lack of attention to detail and personal touches made our stay feel a bit underwhelming. Perhaps with a bit more consideration and personalisation, our experience could have been truly special."
