Residence Olivi was born as a "NATURE" climate house building and according to the latest ecological standards.
"Residence Olivi" is located in the southern part of Burgraviato, reachable from our private road, surrounded by greenery, bordering the Rio Eschio to the south and protected to the north by the mountain that leads to Merano 2000.
The building consists of four residential units and built with the "nature" climate house standard. The building with a modern language has been inserted in a traditional rural context, with full respect for nature.
Given the exposure to the south / west, the protections of the winds from the north, the whole structure is surrounded by olive trees that only in this part of the Burgraviato manage to grow naturally. The mountain side, adjacent to the residence, is cultivated with a small olive grove of 40 olive trees.

Aufgrund der Südwestlage, dem Schutz der Nordwinde, ist das gesamte Gebäude von Olivenbäumen umgeben, die nur in diesem Teil des Burggrafenamtes auf natürliche Weise wachsen können. Der Berghang, angrenzend an die Residenz, wird mit einem kleinen Olivenhain von 40 Olivenbäumen kultiviert.
Der Aschlbach, mit dem Geräusch von Wasser (weißes Rauschen) das südlich der Residenz fließt, wird eine entspannende Wirkung auf Sie haben und Ihren Schlaf erleichtern.
Die beiden Apartementtypen "Garten & Wellness Oliveto" im Erdgeschoss und "Penthouse & Wellness Oleario" im Obergeschoss verfügen beide über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Bad, Hauptbad, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, große überdachte Außenbereiche mit zu denenühühütze Entspannungsbereich gehören.
