We own a newly built condominium in downtown Reykjavik, Iceland. It is a vacation home for our family and we also rent it out for corporate housing/long term furnished rentals. We do not do short term vacation rentals.
The apartment has been designed and furnished by HAF Studio with many custom pieces and a modern Scandinavian look.
It is ideally located on the corner of Laugavegur and Frakkastigur on the eastern side of downtown. The unit is a corner unit with a balcony and looks down on the main shipping street of Laugavegur. It is very close to all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Reykjavik.
The condo sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms including a king, queen and bunk bed. The building has underground parking for one car and an elevator. The unit is fully furnished and includes linens, bedding, all kitchen supplies and all utilities.
Entertainment includes a 65" OLED television, sound system and Sony Playstation 4 with games. Other amenities include memory foam mattresses, in unit washer/dryer combo unit, all linens, included wifi and all utilities.
