Downstairs is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, kitchen, a living-room with a 3-seat sofa, large TV and and a large window facing south towards Hallgrimskirkja. The bedroom is upstairs along with a balcony providing excellent view to the south over the city centre (see photo on top of the page).
