Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines sehr gepflegten Kondominiums in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentrumsnaher Lage von Sand in Taufers. Das Appartement (64 qm) wurde in Duplex-Bauweise erstellt, so dass man in der Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen wohnt.
Von Oktober 2020 bis Juni 2021 haben wir die Wohnung komplett renoviert, so dass Du nun ein absolutes Traum-Refugium vorfindest!
Der großzügige Wohn-/Essbereich bietet Dir absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre mit Garderobe, moderner Bank- & Stuhlgarnitur, großem Massivholztisch, 43-Zoll Flatscreen-TV, Deko-Holzofen, Echtholzparket und ebenso wie die top ausgestattete moderne Küche einen unvergleichlichen Burg- & Bergblick.
Im Haupt-Schlafzimmer ruhst Du in einem superbequemen King-Size Box-Springbett (180x200), hast einen 43-Zoll Flatscreen-TV, zwei Nachttische mit Soft-Touch-Beleuchtung, indirekter Deckenbeleuchtung, Kommode & Kleiderschrank und kannst das große Dachfenster elektrisch öffnen/schließen und mittels elektrischer Jalousie voll verdunkeln.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der Duplex-Area auf "Ebene 2" und bietet Dir zwei sehr bequeme Einzelbetten (je 90x200), einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, 40-Zoll Flatscreen-TV, Kommode, eine eigene Garderobe, indirekte Deckenbeleuchtung, ebenfalls ein großes Dachfenster mit elektrischer Funktion und Jalousie sowie den schon erwähnten unvergleichlichen Burg- & Bergblick.
Das Duschbad mit ebenerdigem Duscheinstieg hat eine Fußbodenheizung, einen raumhohen Spiegel, Waschbecken, Toilette, Toplader-Waschmaschine, Glas-Duschwand, indirekte Beleuchtung, Handtuchhalter, beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel etc.
Natürlich kannst Du bei uns kostenfrei im WLAN surfen und Dich auf Netflix einloggen und Filme schauen.
Für Deine Ski/Snowboards und für Deine Skistiefel haben wir in unserem Kellerraum ein entsprechendes Skischuhregal sowie einen Ständer für Ski/Snowboards, Stöcke & Helme.
Es gibt vor dem Gebäude genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze für die Bewohner & Gäste des Hauses.
Damit Du nach Deiner Ankunft nicht sofort zum Einkaufen flitzen musst, bekommst Du von uns eine "Überlebensration" an Mineralwasser und Kaffeekapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine sowie verschiedene Teebeutelsorten für den Wasserkocher.
Bäckerei, Lebensmittelmarkt, Sportgeschäft, Restaurant, Pizzeria und Skibushaltestelle sind nur einen Steinwurf von der Wohnung entfernt (100-150 m).
Bitte beachte: Wir sind nicht Mitglied im Tourismusverband der Gemeinde und können daher auch keine ermäßigten Gäste-Karten für die Bergbahnen etc. herausgeben.
