The holiday villa "Mimosa" with two holiday flats is situated in a paradisiacal hillside location embedded in the hilly landscape only 250 m from the lake and has a fascinating view far to the south of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by a lot of nature and beautiful villas and residential houses. The garden facing the lake is ideal for sunbathing. A highlight is the rock garden around the house, overgrown with palms and other southern plants. Facing the garden with pool and barbecue, there is a cosy fireplace room with rustic seating area with room for everyone, with board and card games, ideal for private family celebrations by arrangement. Near the barbecue is a garden seating area. Your holiday resort Olgiasca is located on a headland, which is one of the top holiday locations on Lake Como. North of Olgiasca, about 5 minutes away by car, is Colico with good shopping facilities and a beautiful lakeside promenade as well as Lombard restaurants. From the pier you can reach all the attractive towns around the lake. A regional train takes you from the small local station in Colico to the fashion metropolis of Milan without changing trains.

The pool is open from spring on request, depending on the weather.
A wonderful beach with fine white pebbles can be reached in just a few minutes.
