The sunny, comfort-oriented Landhaus Anita is located in the middle of the idyllic South Tyrolean mountain landscape, with a fantastic view of the Kronplatz ski area (Dolomiti Superski) and is the starting point for numerous ski, mountain bike, mountain and climbing tours.
In a quiet but very well connected location, you can reach the skiing area Kronplatz on foot (about ten minutes walk) or with the ski bus (stop directly in front of the house, journey time two minutes).
For a parking space, at the ski lift in Percha, we provide you with an ekey so that you can conveniently park the car for free.
If you are planning your trip with your own car, Landhaus Anita offers, free of charge, a large closed garage (61,6m2), with space for up to three cars. The train station is located directly by the lift, an eight-minute walk from our house.
The house remains pleasantly cool in high summer even without air conditioning, as it is located at 1000 meters above sea level.
For your daily needs, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, optician, children's specialist shop and a restaurant within an eight-minute walk. The small town of Bruneck (4km) offers a wide range of shopping, numerous cafés, a varied cultural programme and a Christmas market.
