Positive: Our family really liked this the well-equipped apartments, which corresponded to the price in the Puglia region. The key collection procedure was a bit problematic, because we had to tell the time when we would arrive at the place from the airport and we did not know how long it would take to arrange the car rental documents., when I sent my ID photo on the day of arrival before arrival. After further notification after the car pick-up 2 hours and arriving at the apartment location, we were met by the owner's father, who handed over the keys to the apartment, and indicated the mailbox on the wall of the house where the keys should be thrown when leaving. When leaving, we threw them into the wrong box, because there was no clear marking with the name on the mailbox. The best way we used was from apartment in Mola di Bari where was simple box near the door with number key in the post box with second number key. The location of the apartment is in a small satellite town Terlizzi near Bari. There are several good pizzerias there and very nice people who like to meet in the evenings, hang out and communicate for a long time. For Europeans who have not been to the Puglia region, I can only note that most small apartments that are not villas do not have windows, but only a few small niches from which daylight enters. But when it is very hot, it is normal. The apartment has air conditioning. The only aspect I can note is about parking. BookingCom information is provided that there is a parking space, No. We spent our holidays in different towns around Bari. All towns have ancient extremely narrow streets, like this great apartment. However, the statement that there is a parking space means that you had to go around three or four times in those narrow streets with cars parked half a meter apart to find a place for your car somewhere on the wrong street. This is not bad, because you just need to know this because of the narrow ancient streets in that region in every town.

Negative: Bookingcom La Fiorina advertises an apartment for three adults. In reality, there is a double bed downstairs and, after climbing to the upper sleeping area, especially narrow metal steps that are difficult for a large 90kg man to pass, you can slip into a niche with a thin mattress suitable for a child. We called that niche a crypt. Its photo is not BookingCom and this is incorrect misleading information for the customer. It is also very strange that the BookingCom information offers breakfast included, which is actually only coffee capsules, yogurts, buns. Please write the correct information - just morning snacks and sweets without the traditional scrambled eggs and bacon :) Just snacks for morning coffee ..OK. And the main thing is an uncomfortable high table for breakfast and dinner with only two chairs. We were three adults. Two of us sat, ate, drank beer and wine at the table and the third adult did it at the bottom of the stairs two meters away from our table because he doesn't have a chair, then we swapped, but this is nonsense. In short, the location and the apartment are good, but the owner needs to improve the things mentioned, which we didn't have when we moved to similar apartments in Mola di Bari the next week. For the first time in my many travels, I was really unpleasantly surprised when the owner demanded extra money for using the washing machine at arrival . 10 eur is not big money, couple of beer, but seems crazy. She can include this in the whole price! I checked my booked package on BookingCom and found this.
