THE ACCOMODATION:
The apartment is located in the green hills between Lucca and Versilia, in a quiet country house. Bright and welcoming, it is on the second floor, with an independent entrance, a terrace for exclusive use and a view of the park.
On the lower floors lives the owners’ family, who personally take care of the maintenance of the land, the garden and the pool and are available, if requested, to provide any information or help.
The vast garden, surrounded by olive groves, woods and cultivated fields, is located in a protected green area and is secluded from the public road. In every season it allows you to relax in contact with nature in a context of privacy and tranquility, and during the summer it offers its large swimming pool and equipped areas for outdoor life. The outdoor spaces are shared with the owners, who obviously show the maximum respect for the privacy of their guests.
The place is suitable for a relaxing holiday and as a base for visiting the art cities of Tuscany. In a strategic position between Lucca, Pisa and the Versilia coast, it allows you to make pleasant excursions to the major towns, the villages, the beaches and the countless attractions of the region.

From the coastline to the peaks of the Apuan Alps, the area offers a great variety of other itineraries: from the historic boroughs of Versilia (Pietrasanta, Camaiore...) to those of the hills of the wine area (Montecarlo, Collodi...), from the Serchio Valley-Garfagnana with its natural beauties and its ancient towns (Barga, Castelnuovo...) to the varied Pisan territory.
The proximity to the main roads and the presence of numerous alternatives (bus, rail, sea) also make it easy to reach other destinations in Tuscany and nearby Liguria such as Florence and the Cinque Terre.
