The house is located on the first floor of a villa built in 2015 in energy class A: underfloor heating, wooden windows with triple glazing, structure and ceiling made entirely of wood. We have taken care of the furnishing in the smallest details to make the house elegant and at the same time very welcoming. All the furniture is new and has been designed, purchased or made specifically for this apartment. The house consists of a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed (with a beautiful view of the valley), a bathroom with a large built-in shower and a washing machine, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove with 4 burners, dishwasher, hood, toaster, electric kettle) and a small loft entirely in wood accessible with a ladder where a person can sleep, especially appreciated by children ... a real refuge inside the house. And finally a small beautiful terrace with a splendid view of the Dolomites equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs. The house is very bright and very warm. It is very quiet, and enjoys a truly unique view of the area.
The apartment is accessed by a comfortable staircase. The villa is surrounded by the garden, which guests can access. A parking space is available right in front of the apartment.
The house is rented complete with quality linen: sheets, towels, tablecloths, duvets. All strictly new ... like the rest of the house. The kitchen is also fully equipped: dishes and glasses, wine glasses, pots, cutting boards, kitchen knives, kettle, toaster, jugs, cups, cups, candles ... in short, everything you need to enjoy a good dinner. A Nespresso with coffee capsules is also available, in addition to the timeless Bialetti mocha.
