It is located on the first floor of a villa built in 2015 in energy class A: floor heating, wooden windows with triple glazing, structure and ceiling entirely in wood. We have taken care of the furnishings in every detail to make the elegant house, yet very cozy. All the furniture is new, and is designed, purchased or made with reclaimed wood specifically for this apartment. The house consists of a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed (both with wardrobe), a bathroom with large built-in shower, washing machine, living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, gas stove with 4 burners, dishwasher, hood) and a small loft entirely in wood accessible with a ladder where a person can sleep, much appreciated by children, a real shelter in the house. And finally a nice terrace equipped with a small table, two chairs, a deckchair. The house is bright, and very hot. The floor heating is particularly comfortable, and is autonomous, with thermostat in each room controlled by the tenant according to their preferences. The house is quiet, quiet, very comfortable and cozy.
The apartment is accessed by a staircase. The villa is surrounded by garden, which guests can access. It 'provides a parking space right below the apartment.
The house is rented complete with quality linens: sheets, towels, tablecloths, duvets. All absolutely new ... like the rest of the house.
