In winter, the ski lift “Schwemmalmbahn” is only 750 m away and takes you to several nice slopes. Furthermore, an ice rink and cross-country ski tracks are also closeby. The mountainous region boasts great opportunities for hiking and cycling, and once a week an alpine hike with the homeowner to the most beautiful alpine pastures in the Ulten Valley is organised. The city of Merano, well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located a 45-minute drive (30 km) from the property and also invites you to go shopping or explore the many great restaurants serving local cuisine. South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano lies 58 km (a one-hour drive) from the property.
