It has two terraces, a veranda, a generous living area and a small garden / solarium, as well as an area under the walnut tree that gives it its name, equipped with outdoor table and benches. You will have a Weber charcoal barbecue at your disposal, exclusive uncovered parking for two cars on the line, and a private storage room for skis/bikes/pushchairs.

You will find these original slippers on the door of the House on your arrival!
