Villetta Caprile is a quaint townhouse located off a side lane of the residential quarter of Anacapri and is only a short stroll to Piazza Caprile and Via Le Boffe, Anacapri’s historical centre.
The house is neatly furnished and comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. The décor is 80’s style with cute and quirky ornaments and decorations and enjoys a private entrance with lovely garden terrace furnished with outdoor lounge chairs. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink or alfresco dining on a balmy summer night.
Passing down a small laneway off Via Follicara, you reach the front gate of Villetta Caprile. You enter onto the small paved terrace with garden and outdoor furnishings before reaching the main entrance of the townhouse.
Entry into the house opens on to a light filled open plan living and dining area. Here you will find two 2-seater lounges, dining table and chairs and a flatscreen Satellite TV.
This space enjoys two double glass doors, and a large arched sliding glass window that opens onto the front terrace, creating a great flow between indoor and outdoor living. Off the dining room is a small kitchenette that offers all the basic necessities for cooking at home including a gas hob, toaster/over, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The double and twin bedrooms are located at the rear of the townhouse along with the main bathroom.
Up a narrow flight of stairs you can reach the loft single bedroom. There is ample wardrobe space available throughout the house.

Away from the crowds and in a peaceful location, Villetta Caprile is a 4 minute walk to Piazza Caprile where you will find a small selection of shops including a green grocer, delicatessen, cafes and bus stop with buses to various destinations across the island.
A short 10 minute stroll from the house will take you to various key sites and attractions including the centre of Anacapri where you can take the chairlift to the summit of Mount Solaro, the famous Villa San Michele, or the wonderful pedestrian shopping street of Via Le Boffe.
A walk around the centre of Anacapri will take you past tiny Neapolitan tailor shops, artisan shoemakers, ladies sitting in the shade outside working on their knitting while exchanging gossip and news...all with the scent of the town's lemon groves that permeates the air.
