Positive: beautiful location.wonderful views. The villa was well presented clean and very nice.

Negative: we were disappointed in the kitchen equipment. REALLY! no cheese grater. ( cost minimal to supply) no sharp or adequate knives. Our party looked to cook using locally sourced produce and we were very disappointed on the equipment front. minimal cost to owners to do it properly. Location a bit of a challenge as local bus crowded and uncomfortable and not even running to timetable. On one occasion we were ahead of time to catch it (bus) and it had left 5 minutes early. Taxi's would not come up hill even though we were prepared to pay so we missed booked trip to Capri as we missed the ferry and it cost our family of four a lot of money.

Summary: Beautiful property, challenging location, logistically.
