Villa Emilia is a detached liberty style villa set in its own gardens of 1.5 acres. The villa boasts 4 double guest bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is ample space for the whole family or group to enjoy. The villa boasts a kidney shaped splash pool to cool off during hot summer days. Large summer house, Several seating areas giving well needed shade in the summer. A roof terrace where you can enjoy an evening glass of wine whilst listening to the sounds of nature. From here you can see up to Monte Conero on a clear day. There is also a library and office with spectacular views onto a balcony towards the village. The villa is approached from just off the main road through electric gates. It is fully fenced and has gardens for you to stroll in including a beautiful formal garden with additional seating to enjoy. There are several fruit, nut and olive trees as well as a kitchen garden and vegetable plot. There are a few chickens in a secure pen which can either be left in their house and the pool guy will check them daily or you are free to let them into their run during the day and then lock them in at night. There is also a cave which is very cool during the summer and has a barrel and bar stools for an aperativi in there should you wish. The property is approx a ten minute stroll to the centre of the village where you will find several good restaurants, bars and all amenities. The coast is approx 35 min by car to either Porto San Giorgio or Civitanova. The mountains and ski resort can also be reached in approx 30 minutes. Sant Angelo is a medieval village steeped in history as are many off the hilltop villages within the area. There are also several water falls within a 20 min car ride. The abaddia fiasta nature reserve is also 15 mins in a car and is lovely to look around along with several Roman ruins in the area.
