Villa degli Angeli 10 is a fascinating property, built on several levels, in Conca dei Marini, few kilometers between Amalfi and Praiano. Conca dei Marini is wellknown for its beauty and its history, as well as for being the place of invention of the delicious “Sfogliatella di Santa Rosa”. The centrality of the villa, in the very heart of the town, appears to be its key element of strength and which allows easy accessibility to all the major points of interest.
The equipped beach is only 1 km. far from the villa. From The Conca dei Marini Beach it is possible by boat, at a moderate price, to reach Amalfi in few minutes.
By descending the fly of steps (about 100 steps), there is an excellent restaurant with typical Italian cuisine with optimal quality / price.
They do also breakfast and also the famous typical Neapolitan pizza.
Description
Located in the upper part of the beautiful Conca dei Marini village, the villa allows accommodating both large groups than small families, couples or individuals: every unit has its own gate, so as to ensure maximum privacy in case of separate rent.
The access of the villa is from the main road, achievable by descending a stairway of about 180 steps.
You can reach also the villa by climbing a stairway of about 100 steps directly from the town center.
Just entered the villa, a marvelous Mediterranean garden, compound in the most diverse species of trees, palms and succulents, and a spacious terrace with outdoor shower, plus a stunning view on the sea that, thanks to its position, allows the guest to appreciate from a side the Cilento Area and Capri Island from the other. On the outside, an external lighting composed by an ensemble of about 90 lights, that recreates a magical atmosphere at night.
Villa degli angeli 10 is composed of 3 units (it can accomodate until 11 guests):
The first unit, is equipped with a big and bright lounge space with sofa bed, table and chairs, a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a twin bedroom (adaptable as double bedroom) with en suite bathroom opposite to the entrance, and another double bedroom and bathroom with shower on the left.
This new excellent unit has a stunning view on the coast and on the pool.
The second new unit has a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The third unit has one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one bedroom with bunk bed and a single bed, and an open space with a full equipped kitchen.
On the lower level, a renewed and characteristic garden surrounding the private lagoon lake pool (heated and with hydro massage) with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a gracious bench with view on Capri Island.
On the top, the covered big terrace ovelooking the sea and the coast, equipped with tables and chairs, ideally for breakfast, lunches, dinners and cocktails enjoying the stunning panorama.
All units have air conditioning and wi-fi.
Extra Costs: Euros 100,00 of final cleaning, bed linen and towels, 2 hours of cleaning 2 times per week (Tuesday and Thursday), internet wi-fi, private pool.
Dependance on request: euros 130 per day.
Electricity and air conditioning on consumption up to 40 kwh per day, over at euros 0,42 per Kwh.
