1. The City of Palm Springs requires that guests sign a Contract, all guests names must be on contract.

Before you request a reservation, please consider the Palm Springs Noise Ordinance: NO outdoor music or any amplified noise of any kind is permitted outdoors and outdoor quiet time begins at 10 p.m. The City issues fines for excessive noise violations and will also result in eviction. Guests are required to sign a Contract agreeing to abide by the City Ordinance.
3. The city tax rate in Palm Springs is 12.5%. Taxes are to be paid by guests prior to check in.
