Perfect for relaxing days at home! The large beautifully designed second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV, and the third guest room offers a Queen pull-out sofa bed and flat-screen Smart TV. This home includes a full laundry room for guest convenience.

Community Pool & Hot Tub: There is a Season Community Pool (Pool heated from May 1st to Nov 1st, weather permitting, April 1-Nov 30) and Hot Tub (available year-round) for your enjoyment. It is important to follow the complex rules and keep track of your pool key. The clubhouse requires $10 per guest to retain a key fob (with photo) + a refundable $25 deposit per guest to provide each guest with their own personal key fob. The $25 will be refunded when the key fob has been returned. The replacement cost for the pool key is $100.00.
