Positive: Eva was incredibly helpful even before we arrived, suggesting transport options to get to Badia. We arrived at the property and Eva gave us a free upgrade to a superior room which was incredible! It was so spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. The evening restaurant and buffets each morning were great and had a wide selection of quality food. The accommodation also provides free access to; indoor pool, tennis court, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatherapy room, foot baths and more. the spa rooms were incredible. We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave!

Negative: Nothing, the property was amazing.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful stay here, Eva was so helpful, and we will definitely be back!
