Anew entrance directly to back yard and new salt water pool. You will love the new outdoor shower. 5 spacious bedrooms, one master suite and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and new heated in ground pool! Great beach street. Plenty of outdoor recreation nearby. There are 2 Gas grills, 8 beach passes and beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella. Small Pets considered this year with a non refundable fee of $300.
