There are two main Living areas, each with 65" & 70" Smart TV's and tons of luxurious, comfortable seating. There are also Throws near the Sofas to snuggle up.

The Kitchen has been tastefully remodeled and is fully equipped with appliances, quartz countertops, floating shelves, and more. There is also counter seating (3).
• Dining Area
The beautiful Dining Area seats 6, with seating for 3 more on the Kitchen Island.

Our Nook has a bench for reading all afternoon, as well as a mini Library for all ages. The Washer and Dryer are easy to use and there for our Guests' ease.

The spacious designer backyard has everything you can think of - from Mini Golf to Glamping Bubble , outdoor games, Yoga mats and more. The Outdoor Dining area seats 6 and is near the BBQ Grill. Heal your mind, body, and soul in the Hot Tub with countless jets and the Firepit from which our Guests' can watch the Sunset, while having a glass of Wine.
Use the Yoga Mats whether you want to Meditate or do Pilates.

Walking distance to 79 acre Posse Grounds Park (0.1 mile) featuring community pool, tennis, softball, volleyball & basketball, plus a skate park & a dog park is just across the property.
Trailhead to Sugarloaf Mountain (0.8 mile)
