PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS
Located in the quite Village of Oak Creek neighborhood of Sedona. This second floor condo is an end unit overlooking the green space. It offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom suite on one side of the living room and the second and third bedrooms with the second shared bathroom on the other side of the living room. Perfect for couples or a family. Decorated in a local Sedona and Southwest theme you will find this home comfortable and relaxing during your Sedona vacation. Amenities include an outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts, 2 hot tubs, and outdoor cooking facilities. High chair and Pack -n- play is available on request.
The rooms in the home are equipped as follows:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed, two night stands with lamps, chest of drawers, flat screen tv, and sitting area with table.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, night stand with lamp, and chest of drawers
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, night stand with lamp, chest of drawers, workstation table and chair
Bathrooms: Master bath has a tub and shower unit and toilet. A large single sink vanity and a separate makeup seating area. The second bathroom located between the second bedroom and third bedrooms has a tub and shower unit, a single vanity, and toilet.
Living Room: Relax and gather in the living room on either the sofa or love seat for conversation or watch a little tv. There is a large coffee table great for game playing if you choose.
Kitchen: After a day of outdoor adventures, return home to prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and black stainless steel refrigerator. You will find a coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, bullet mixer, blender, slow cooker, hand mixer, and all the gadgets and cookware needed to prepare your favorite meal. We also provide initial spices, olive oil, and paper products.
Dinning room: A wood and slate dinning room table seats 6 people with bench style seating.
Decks: A small deck that overlooks the green area including the tennis courts sits 2-3 people comfortably.
Outdoor Cooking: There are two gas grills provided and are located near the swimming pool area available for all guests.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer unit is located off of the master suite. An iron, and iron board are also provided.
Television and Wireless: Everything you need to feel as relaxed as possible for the duration of your stay is here, including complimentary wireless internet access, and flat screen TV’s in the living room and in the master bedroom with streaming networks including Netflix, Hulu, and Vudu and others with access to over 5,000 movies.
Tennis Anyone? There is a tennis court available for your use and we provide two rackets and a can of tennis balls.
Pool: Open year around. Not heated
2 Hot Tubs: Open year around.
Clubhouse: Offers a pool table and is open until 6:00 pm.
THE LOCATION
You can't beat this home's prime location in the Village of Oak area of Sedona. Walking distance to grocery store, bank, several restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Golfing and red rock hikes all less than a half mile away. There is a unheated swimming pool open year around, year around hot tub, two tennis courts, and a pool table in the club house all for your enjoyment during your stay. There is parking for one car in the covered carport and additional parking in the uncovered parking areas. The shops at Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village are only 6.7 miles away. Only a few minutes away you will find all major Sedona attractions including Bell Rock, Crescent Moon State Park, Slide Rock State Park, Red Rock State Park, and Uptown Sedona. Out of Africa wildlife preserve is located in Camp Verde just 30 minutes away, and the Grand Canyon is approximately 131 miles north!
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and paper products are provided. A hairdryer can be found in each bathroom.
- This is not a timeshare condo like many that are advertised on VRBO. This unit is in excellent condition, it will be clean, ready for your arrival and best of all you will not be asked to attend a timeshare presentation during your vacation. This is a quite, privately owned unit in a development with many permanent full time owners living in their units.
PARENTS: We welcome children to stay at our home. We want all parents to be aware of the following conditions in the home and make the appropriate decision for the safety of their children. If you choose to book our home you are acknowledging the following aspects of the home and releasing the owners of any liability in the event that your children are harmed during your stay. Please be aware that the unit is located on the second floor of the building. There is a flight of concrete steps leading up to the unit. These steps could be a fall hazard if a child is left unsupervised. There is a small balcony outside of the living room that has a small railing. Children should not be allowed to climb on the railing or be on the balcony at any time with the supervision of an adult. In the living room the tables are made of glass and children should not climb or sit on them to avoid them tipping or breaking. We hope that you find our home appropriate for your family.
HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES:
- No parties, conferences, or workshops may be held on the property.
- No smoking is allowed inside or outside of the property. Violation of the this policy will result in increased cleaning fees and possibly a damage claim.
- The damage deposit will be returned after the premises have been inspected and found to be in good order following the Guests departure
- Please leave the home in the same order as your arrival. If excessive cleanup is required additional charges for linens and maid service will be charged to the Guest and deducted from the damage deposit.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation.
-Photo ID either valid drivers license or passport will be required from the renter. If you are not in agreement with providing your Photo ID then please don't book.
- Short term rental agreement with be sent electronically and must be signed and returned for rental. If you are not in agreement with signing the agreement please don't book.
- The OWNER will not be liable for any personal injuries associated with the rental of the home.
