Villa degli Affreschi is located on the highest point above Positano, only a 15minute walk to the beach and a few steps from the road.
This gorgeous villa is immersed in a 1000m2 garden, while the building itself is 500m2, with 350m2 terraces. It consists of 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests, and it boasts stunning views over the sea, the coast, Positano and the “Li Galli” islets.
This luxurious property of great historic value, was built in 1741 by wealthy merchants that used the headquarters to treat their business.
The property has been completely renovated in 2013 and has plenty of space to spend your holidays or to organize special events, weddings and other private ceremonies (up to 120 people).
During your stay at Villa degli Affreschi you will be discretely assisted, in respect of your privacy, by a professional staff that makes this villa equal to a 5star luxury hotel.
In fact, every morning you will be served breakfast that you can enjoy on one of the terraces, admiring the wonderful sea view. In addition, there is a chef at your disposal, who can cook for you delicious meals, if requested, daily maid service, concierge service and porter service, all included in the rental price.
The property, as mentioned above, consists of 8 bedrooms all with bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 16 people in total, but it is possible to add two more beds and on request to rent two more bedrooms at extra cost.

A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in during high season is on Saturday from 4:00pm till 6:00pm;
Check-out during high season is on Saturday from 8:00am till 10:00 am;
Damage refundable deposit: € 10.000, to be paid prior to check in, the entire amount will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Guests can give their credit card details as guarantee for the damage refundable deposit.
