CDC cleaning Guidelines are followed, and all surfaces and laundry are disinfected after every stay. Please note that guests need to let us know if they have any issue with cleaning within first 30 minutes of entering the home, and the local cleaning crew will come back to take care of the issue.

Enjoy breathtaking views from our beautiful luxury villa, that sits on the mountain top and overlooks the valley. You can hear the Oak Creek from the home while enjoying the silence of the forest.
We have 200 degrees of panoramic views of red-rocks, forest & valley. Our large square feet single-level log cabin home sits on a mountain top in the forest on 2 acres of land. All the large bedrooms have outside access & breathtaking views. New Zinus foam mattresses.
We have free wi-fi internet, 3 flatscreen TVs. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with free beverages.
Our Front doorsteps right into the forest (15 feet from it) - the Coconino National Forest and we have walking access to Oak Creek through the forest, and access to miles of hiking trails. Less than 20 minutes gets you to Sedona Center, where you will have access to the everything that Sedona Offers, while having your own private escape in the woods. Villa sleeps up to 12 including kids and infants, and parkings hold a maximum of 8 vehicles.
The views from the large patio deck are absolutely gorgeous. Our lot provides a lot of privacy. Once past the 2.2 mile gravel road, you step into Interstate 89A that takes you to Sedona. Hike down to the oak creek nearby or up in the national forest behind the home, you will find something that speaks to your heart. The water here is known to have healing properties. Our land is home to a powerful energy vortex- I have kept a bench in the vortex area for you to meditate.
The villa is very well located on the mountain- giving us views of red Sedona rocks on one side and Angel Valley on the other. The home has a very peaceful, serene, zen-like ambiance. My family and friends love spending time here, and I hope you will fall in love with this place too. You will love our new firm foam mattresses that we bought in August 2021.
You are welcome to get refill of propane tanks for grill and wood for fire-pit in case needed, please send receipts and we will pay right away.
The villa home is family-friendly, and we have a wireless internet connection and streaming Netflix subscription for you to use.
Tucked away in the Utility room, I have a high chair and play-pen and have kept some board games, and toys for your kids to enjoy.
There is a step in the living room and please be cognizant of that. The kitchen is fully stocked, we provide some basics, condiments, breakfast items, popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc.
I have one cot kept in the closet near master bedroom, that can be used as an extra bed, or used to lie down on the patio under the vast Sedona night sky and gaze at the sparkling display of stars and the Milky Way on clear nights.
Please note that the home is monitored by Ring Security and Has Ring Doorbell and Security Cameras outside (ONLY outside the house). Self entry through Lockbox- code will be shared on the day of your reservation, and I will disarm the security on the day of check-in at 4:00 pm. Do note that wifi is not great so it is not an amenity we provide.
We have Easements for walking access in the rainbow bridge area. 50 ft from the rainbow bridge is Oak Creek which runs through the national forest. And no one can stop you from accessing the creek from there.
There is a gate at the entrance that is closed often but never locked. You will have to get out of the car and open it. Please close it again once your vehicle is in.
Secure and safe Self Check-in: Completely Contactless. I will give you the code and disarm the security system at 4 pm. Please try to reach in daylight to make it easier to find the house. Also SUVs will be more comfortable for the 2.2 mile gravel forest road trip.
Please trash food leftovers, and do not leave personal items behind after checking out. The cleaning crew might trash them, and so the hosts cannot be held responsible for saving the items or shipping them.
Please put on Vrbo the exact number of people because amenities will be provided accordingly. Please get a sleeping mask if you are a late riser because the skylights let in a lot of day light. Please bring your food supplies since nearest grove stores are 15-20 minutes drive in Sedona or cottonwood.
The outdoor swing set is for kids upto age 10. No teenagers or adults on the swing set please. Charges for damages upto $1500
