Positive: Loved the view, the courtyard, the little kitchenette, the terrace and the breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had a flight that was diverted to Lima and only made it to Cusco at midnight. The taxi driver the hotel organised to pick us up waited in Cusco for 5 hours. Sure, we had to pay a little extra, but it was totally worth it. All very helpful. The hotel cats and dogs were cool
