Positive: Spacious, gorgeous view, location, safety, there’s an alarm with an immediate response from a security company.

Negative: Fruit flies especially in the kitchen making it almost impossible to use the kitchen (an insecticide spray was provided, but sadly it only worked for a short space of Time, black ants are also everywhere (not as annoying as the fruit flies though). The general smell around the house - musty it was not good, the main bedroom mattress isn’t good, it needs to be changed, linen is stained. Jacuzzi does have hot water but not enough to bring it to the correct level before it gets cold. The veranda/balcony had not been swept after peeling off ceiling paint and repainting. There were flakes of paint all over the balcony environment and a very dirty (with loose soil or something) outside table.

Summary: It was a great stay, something needs to be done about the fruit flies, they make the stay inside the house an unhappy on
