The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a sunny terrace and small adjacent garden facing south. On sunny days enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh kaiser rolls and a warm boiled egg on the terrace. From the spacious bedroom you will be treated to a fantastic view of the famous mountain massif the 'Wilder Kaiser'. You can safely park your car under the carport.
For winter sports enthusiasts, this luxury holiday home is ideally located between the famous ski resorts of Kitzbühel and Kirchberg. Around the corner of the house the ski bus departs to the famous KitzSki ski area in the winter.
For our sporty summer guests this apartment also has an excellent location. Numerous hiking and biking trails start in front of the door. To relax and cool down there are plenty of swimming pools and wellness resorts in the area
