Positive: Our trip to South Africa is not easy, but we met kind and warm people. The staff in this hotel were all kind , helpful and enthusiastic. I have to admit the facilities could be better , but the staff would really do their best to make us feel comfortable and would do their best to fix things. It was a rare experience, the hotel is quite old, I bet it was great during its prime. Again, it felt like I was in a movie. We love the retro vibe. Location wise, I would choose a place close to the mall so I can just walk. But if you are familiar with the place , this is fine.

Negative: There's none, but if I may suggest , they can put more plants in the front so the entrance would have a nice ambience .
