Villa Tassia, is a bright and elegant property, completely renovated, which develops on three floors, facing the sun and the sea.
The villa features refined wooden floors, antique handmade majolica tiles in the typical style of the Amalfi Coast, a perfect blend of classic and modern styles.
The entrance has a small elegant terrace, which leads to the middle floor of the villa, where is the master bedroom Suite. It consists of one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sitting room and overlooking the sea.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with air-conditioning and two bathrooms, one of the bedrooms has a mezzanine with a double bed and retractable flat screen TV.
Twenty steps below the middle floor there is the second floor, consisting of one double room with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi (bath and shower), a comfortable living room, a modern and professional kitchen, the dining room, and the main terrace.
The living room is between the corridor and the kitchen with a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV.
On the second floor, there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower combined, tiled with lucid blue handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
Finally apart from all the other amenities, Villa Tassia has a beautiful infinity pool of about 32 square meters, the surrounding area is partly covered by lawn and partly paved.
The solarium is 45 square meters large and it is equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrella.
The outdoor pool has coverage and heating during the Autumn-Winter in the months of October and March.
Important information:
A 30% deposit has to be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Prices are weekly and they include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, electricity, daily cleaning (4 hours) with change of linens and towels, porterage.

Security Deposit (refundable):
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a damage deposit of € 1.000. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
The swimming pool disposes of coverage and heating between October and March (maximum temperature 27°-29°).
