THE QUARTER APARTMENT: HOUSE RULES AND CONDITIONS BOOKING AND OCCUPANCY
Base rate is for 1 Guest only. Additional guests charged at R449* per person per night.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay.
Bookings cannot be transferred to a third party unless done through the VRBO system.
No parties or gatherings permitted. Quiet hours: 22:00-08:00.
Violation of occupancy rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
FEES AND SERVICES
Underground secure parking: R75* per night (cash on check-in, max vehicle height 2m).
Late check-in fee: R300* (until 21:00), R450* (after 21:00).
Early check-in/late check-out: R200* (subject to availability).
Airport transfer: R450* (1-2 guests), additional guests R75* each.
Cleaning service required for stays over 6 days: R400* per service.
Long stays (30+ days): Weekly cleaning fee of R400* to change linens and clean.
Additional services during stay: R400* (subject to staff availability).
Items left behind: R175* handling fee plus shipping costs, kept for 1 week only.
PROPERTY CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Report maintenance issues immediately.
You are responsible for damages and required repairs/replacements.
Heavily soiled/stained linens or towels will require payment for special cleaning or replacement.
All windows must be closed when apartment is unoccupied.
Turn off air conditioning and lights when not in use.
Keep apartment and common areas tidy, dispose of refuse properly in P3 level.
No smoking anywhere in the building, including balconies. Violation incurs R7,500* cleaning fee.

In-apartment washing machine and drying rack (laundry must not be visible from outside).

Early departure does not qualify for refund.

Visitors must identify themselves and leave by 22:00.
Reception will call you to collect your visitors.

Windows cleaned professionally once monthly.
The VRBO service fee covers only checkout cleaning.
Pet owners require twice-weekly cleaning and are liable for any pet damage.
