Positive: A GEM ! Class and I only wish we had stayed a few days here instead of overnight. Although its located in a small city, from our balcony we were surprised to have a BIRDS EYE VIEW of the gardens created by the saint gardener of Versailles !!! They seem to have a shrine for that gardener in the cathedral next door (you can walk through the gardens on the way to that cathedral). Got a great meal at a Chef-ran restaurant that was a safe and scenic 4 minutes walk away. The little flower basilica is just 2 miles or 5 minutes away, with free parking at both - the Lisieux basilica TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. Go to this town. Stay at this hotel. Its a 10.

Negative: Locations/Directions were hard to understand at first - they should post a picture of the intersection and where to park. Parking is free and compound secure. Its behind the hotel, so its a right, right, and a right on short streets to get in the lot and we drove by the hotel twice. There was a minor gate motor issue I worked around by manually pushing gate the rest of the way. It was not a big thing, dont let it deter you from staying here, they were working on the gate the next morning and its probably already fixed.
