Negative: There was no manual in the room that I had to ask many questions to the facility manager by Wechat when I was checking in. Manual was not in the room accidentaly I heard then a digital copy could have been shared before check in so that I can take a look in advance. When checking out, I had a message where.I put the big towels which I ledt in a closet, even unused, I felt as if I was interogated if I have stolen them, and made me feel unhappy at the end. They could have contacted me after they check all thoroughly.
