This newer log home, situated on the banks of the Megunticook River, is a luxurious vacation getaway in one of Maine's most desirable seaside communities. The home includes a custom-designed gourmet kitchen, a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, a screened porch and deck, and a large, well-landscaped, fenced yard.
There are three comfortable bedrooms: a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and a king bed on the first level. On the second level, there is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, with a full-tiled shower hall bathroom to share. Between the two bedrooms is a living room with a balconyoverlooking the living room, featuring a twin daybed and a trundle set for two children. The property has a private dock on the river with great swimming; however, there is nobeach area for small children to wade into the water.
