The house enjoys a quiet location on the outskirts of Meransen in South Tyrol, away from traffic.
The house is an ideal starting point for exploring the hiking, walking and mountainbiking trails of the Pustertal Alps. Enjoy tours to the charming meadows and huts, which invite to relax. It is a very special experience to admire the autumn backdrop and the traditional driving of the cattle down from the mountain pastures, which leads directly past Haus Adler and takes place on the first Saturday in October. Not far from the house there are also a children’s playground and an indoor pool with a sauna. In winter the ski pistes are a five-minute walk away, where you can enjoy skiing in the ski resort Meransen – Gitschberg – Jochtal. In Meransen there are also an ice skating rink and a children’s ski park.

The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Meransen in South Tyrol, away from traffic, and can accommodate fourteen people, so it is suitable for families or groups of friends, with a minimum occupancy of eleven people.
The 210m² holiday house on three floors provides five bathrooms with a shower or bath, WC and washbasin. There are also four double bedrooms, a bedroom with four beds, and a bedroom with a bunk bed, all with a washbasin in the room.
All the rooms have a sunny balcony, with an incomparable panoramic view.
