In winter the house is a great starting point for skiing, because the Pfelders ski area is only a 10-minute drive away. A supermarket and restaurants are also only a 10 minute drive away and are located in the village of Moos in Passeier (4.1 km). The holiday home has a historic ceiling height of 1.65m.
