The Sabina holiday house is in the Dolomites at 1100 metres above sea level, below the Schlern massif, in the popular holiday town Seis am Schlern. The house is about 1.5km above the locality in a lovely quiet residential district by the edge of a forest. The surroundings with their beautiful panorama, lovely hiking trails and the ski carousel invite you to enjoy winter sports.
In front of the house there is a lawn with deckchairs and tables. It is possible to grill. You can relax in the garden after lovely walks.
We offer our guests a spacious holiday apartment with a large balcony. It is on the first floor and comprises a living room, a kitchen-diner, a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC. It provides around 80m² of living space and can accommodate four people comfortably. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.
The proximity to the highest Alp in Europe and the Schlern nature reserve make a holiday in Seis especially popular among sports enthusiasts, hikers, skiers and families with children.
