The kitchen is equipped with all facilities (freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, cooker hood) and each apartment has Astra satellite TV.
Mondays in the period from 16-22 o'clock the sauna of the spa area can be used by all guests free (sauna towels, we of course available). To discuss the private use of the spa area is possible.
We ask our guests linen, towels and tea towels to be brought along, if interested, they can also be rented.
If necessary, can also be rented for 15 € per stay a baby travel cot (up to 3 years for children). 2 baby high chairs are available in the house.
The historical Villa Lageder is located in the famous South Bergdorf Sarnthein / Sarentino at 1000 m height. It was in 1899 built on an old foundation and rehabilitated completely and luxuriously 2004-2006.
The Villa has six apartments, of which five rented as apartments.
Our property has a large garden with mature trees, where our guests are welcome. This offers at different levels seating and berths, as well as the opportunity to grill.
In addition, we have set up to relax at the villa a small spa area with spacious sauna (Finnish / bio), JacuzziWhirlpool (for two), a shower and a nice quiet room.
The idyllic surroundings leaves in nature-loving hikers, bikers and skiers nothing to be desired. Even gourmets get their money's worth in the Sarntal valley.
