Quiet, surrounded by greenery and yet centrally located, the farmhouse offers you a magnificent panoramic view of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage) and the village of Lengmoos. The accommodation is just a ten-minute walk from the center of Klobenstein. Nearby are the Ritten earth pyramids, public transport (narrow-gauge railway, bus stop), a speed skating rink (ten minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (four kilometers away). An outdoor pool and a swimming lake are also close by. From May to November, you can fish at the property's lake.
