Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at Hlemmur Suites! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after exploring Reykjavík. The customer service was excellent: super responsive and accommodating. On the check-out date, I had a small issue when the laundry machine wouldn’t open because the drum was still hot. The staff responded quickly and even offered us a one-hour late check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is also great—just steps away from bus stop #9, which made it so easy to take the Flybus from the airport to BSI and transfer directly to the apartment. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Hlemmur Suites to anyone visiting Iceland!
