Casa dei Nonni (Grandparent's House) is an apartment situated on the first floor of a two-families house building. It offers a room for two with a queen size bed, another room with a king size bed (it is also possible to place a 4th bed). A bathroom with shower and a washing machine, an organized kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a balcony with a breathtaking view of Monte Bondone. It is also possible to have a toddler's bed. The house owners have a separate apartment on the ground floor.
The lake is only 5 minutes away from the house.
Our Guests can also use the parking spot situated downstairs, they can feel free to use also the hammock, the deckchairs and the outside table (in order to eat outside).
The house owners live downstairs, but only in the summertime, and occasionally on week-ends.
The forth person (the one occupying the forth bed) is totally free for the children. In the offer bed sheets and towels are included. The house is equipped with cleaning stuff in order to clean the house during your permanence. (the hosts are not gonna clean the house while the guest are staying in the house). The kitchen has a pantry filled with a base stock food and drinks.
Lagolo is a small village situated at the bottom of Monte Bondone, with an altitude of 950 meters over the sea. It is a quite very place, where people can find the characteristic peace and silence that only the mountain can offer. This place offers also a small, natural lake, which water are known for their therapeutic abilities to restore and regenerate. The lake is surrounded by woods, meadows and fields. In Lagolo there are also two outdoor parks for children and a bar nearby the lake. From May to September a pizzeria and a restaurant are gonna be open, whereas during July and August a small grocery store will be open for shopping.
Lagolo is located in an ideal position to easily reach tourist resorts of Lake Garda such as Arco, Riva and Malcesine. For those who love trekking and mountain biking can easily access to the Three Peaks of Bondone, Mount Stivo and Monte Baldo; the more adventurous can explore the trails of the Brenta Dolomites. During the winter it's possible go skiing on Monte Bondone (11 km far from the house) where you can cross country skiing, ski and ski mountaineering. People interested in nature can see the new science museum "Muse" in Trento.
