Positive: Definitely the spa area, it has everything you need for the relax. The facial treatment and massage were great too. The location in the huge park, the friendly staff at the reception and the spa. The clean room and the great job of the cleaning staff.

Negative: 1)The bald (hairless) waiter at the breakfast (on 24 October )!! He should not work in a hotel or restaurant. We arrived to have breakfast, after 15 minutes we looked at him if we could have an espresso (he did not even come to ask us if we want a coffee like the other staff members did the day before), he came to our table making faces (it seemed like he hates clients or work that day...), he took note of the order and went away. After having finished our breakfast we were still waiting for the 2 espressos :-((( when we politely asked him if we could have the coffee, he made faces AGAIN, he was rude and did not even say sorry. THIS NOT A SERVICE! Then ten minutes later we had a coffee, but from a nice lady. The rude waiter is the reason why we do not give 10 points. If you go to a hotel and pay, the minimum is to have the coffee you ordered and nobody needs the rude face of a waiter with it. 2) The restaurant or the cafe could offer snacks or panini, salads for lunch. Not everyone wants to have a 4-course expensive menu for dinner just after a relaing and healthy day in the wellness area....
