The farm proudly and passionately cultivates vegetables, fruit, greens and ancient whole grains such as Senatore Cappelli, Farro Dicocco, Monococco and Spelta, Frassineto, Germanella and Saragolla Rosso with which it produces wood-fired wholemeal bread, sweet biscuits and freselle every day .
The company deals with the breeding of chickens, rabbits and hens, goats and cows and the production of eggs and cheeses such as: primosale, cacioricotta, robiola and caciocavallo, fresh and aged.
Preserves, tomato puree, pickles, compotes, jams and marmalades are obtained from the vegetables and fruit, and from the olive trees of the park a fine extra virgin olive oil with an intense aroma and a pleasantly fruity flavour.
All the crops of the products take place according to the bio techniques of regenerative organic agriculture, based on simple agronomic, economic and ecological principles.
