Positive: The location is perfect with beautiful seaview we enjoyed every morning during breakfast and every evening. We appreciated also the privacy around the villa. Beautiful and natural beaches with clear water are few minutes by the car down from the villa, where is a parking, which cost only 5EUR/day. The beaches on the left side are very calm and only several people were there every day, so we enjoyed the space a lot with our kids. The sea is shallow in the beginning, so perfect for small kids. Villa is perfectly equipped, there was everything we needed for everyday cooking/grilling. Also the pool was well-prepared at the villa and the kids enjoyed it every day.

Negative: Everything was perfect, just be aware, that there is a very weak GSM signal at the property, so if you need to call, you will have to use wifi or move a bit upper from the villa, but it's not a problem, it's manageable and finally nobody disturbs you during vacation :)
