Welcome to Goodholme Manor – a modern and spacious, pet-friendly 4 bedroom house, with a pool and ample entertainment areas. Tucked away on a quiet, tree lined street, in an upmarket suburb of Durban North, means you will experience a wonderfully peaceful and enjoyable stay. A large solar installation ensures an uninterrupted electricity supply.
The house is centered around a large fully-equipped kitchen, adjoining an open plan dining room and lounge with a large wall-mounted smart tv. The bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned and full of natural light. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, while the 4th has private access to its own bathroom.
There is a bar area that feeds onto a second lounge that boasts an indoor gas braai. Both lounges have stacking doors that open onto a large pool and garden, that is bathed in sunlight. Ideal for entertaining with family and friends. Pets are also allowed so they don’t miss out on the fun either!
The back of the house has a full length verandah which is perfect for mealtimes in the outdoors or simply catching some downtime with a good book.
For your peace of mind the perimeter has an electric fence and the house itself is alarmed and has armed response.
Your visit will be managed by Feels Like Home, a company that is known for going out of their way to ensure guests remember their stay for all the right reasons. The house is fully serviced every 4 days of your stay and extra cleans can be arranged at a nominal fee. For those who like to do their own cleaning in between our scheduled cleans, everything you need to make that happen is supplied in the house.
