If you want a fancy but cozy house, this is the place! We haven't rented our house since 2019 and renovated it a lot in the meantime.

About the property:
It has a main house and an extra apartment is beside the house. This apartment will be available by request.
The main house sleeps 11 adults, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with queen size bed and in the living room there is a queen size loft bed. It is brand new and sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment has a kitchen with everything you need and the 3rd bathroom.
The whole property (main house + extra apartment) can sleep 15 adults, has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds and 4 bathrooms.
This beautiful villa located only 10 minutes drive to Reykjavík Centre has everything you need for the perfect vacation with your group or family.
The northern lights often dance on the lot in the winter so you can enjoy them without leaving the house. Even in the hot tub!
Free private parking in driveway fits 4 cars
Grocery store which is open 24/7, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream store and swimming pool is 400m away.
The main house has two floors. Everything is on the first floor except for the master suite with en-suite bathroom which is on 2nd floor.
Kitchen and living room are connected which is perfect for groups.
