Going up the internal stairs you reach the first floor , dedicated to the living area. Here you enter a spacious room with dining area and decorative fireplace , ideal for gathering all together. Continuing on, there is access to a second room with sofas and TV , from which you can enjoy a pleasant view of the lake , perfect for relaxing in the evening. From this room you exit to the lake view terrace , furnished for outdoor dining.
Also on the first floor is the equipped kitchen , also suitable for cooking for large groups, a bathroom with shower, small bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink, as well as the washing machine . From the kitchen there is access to a very special covered outdoor area , surrounded by stone walls: a quiet and cool corner, ideal on summer days. From here, very narrow and typical stairs start, which lead to a higher level and represent an authentic and characteristic architectural detail of the area.
