The lake permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, swimming, and paddle boarding, and it also boasts a community beach with a swimming area, picnic tables, beach volleyball, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. A mini-downtown with restaurants, nightlife, cafes, bars, shops, post office, and country store is just a 4-minute drive away. We ask guests to please respect nature, wildlife, and the surrounding landscape of the beautiful Lake Harmony and Big Boulder. The driveway fits 8 cars in total.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.
✷ 14 Towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 3 hand towels (1 per bathroom). We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes.
✷ There are cameras outside the property.
✷ This home is 3 floors and has 2 flights of stairs.
✷ A hot tub fee of $100 will be applied if upon check out, jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating.

***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lake Harmony property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.
