Positive: Granaio nr 5 is a lovely, modern, well-equipped two-room apartment, with a kitchen and bathroom (shower) in the former stables of a huge former golf resort. Some buildings are decaying, some are being restored and turned into guest rooms and aparments like ours. The whole area oozes out a sort of an eery feel. Valentina, the owner of Granaio nr 5 is a friendly, bubbly and knowledable Piemontese hostess to her guests. She takes making feel you at home very seriously and tries to cater to your every needs, including finding immediate solutions to some technical problems we encountered at first (we had a few minor issues with the lock, the fridge and the heating), and organizing excursions, recommending sights so go see, reserve restaurants and wine tastings. Upon entering Granaio nr 5, you find a yummy welcome "basket," consisting of local products like salami, cheese, bread, pizza, focaccia, yoghurt, milk, butter, eggs, bottled water, fruit juice and a bottle of local red or white wine. The apartment also comes pre-supplied with free jam, honey, Nutella, coffee capsules and tea bags. The Wifi works flawlessly and so do the two TV sets. Even a wireless charging station, replacment charing plugs and a USB-speaker are included. The apartment is very clean and everything is new and inviting. Great double-sized bed, by the way! We felt thoroughly welcome and spent way more time at the apartment than we originally had planned for! Thanks, Valentina, we'd love to come back someday! Piet & Yvonne

Negative: We had a few minor technical issues with the apartment (lock, fridge, heating), but Valentina really did everything in her powers to swiftly solve everything to your best satisfaction.
